Weight Watchers Points Plus is amazing. I lost 25lbs on it and I'm super pumped to "get back on it for real" once I get the "A-ok" from my OB at my post partum appointment this week.
For the most part, I followed it during my pregnancy except I obviously was not eating fish or any "fake sugars."
Apparently there are changes to the program which are all explained (and why) in the links below if you're interested.
The one major change is you can change your daily points allowance and I had to laugh while reading this bc I was doing that already and I feel that played a big role in why I was so successful.
